Workplace inquiries

When online inquiry routing is available, the quote form asks for your name, business name, email, workplace address or city, typical daily attendance, requested service, and any optional phone number or additional details you provide. These details help review your request and respond about equipment and service options. Please send business planning details rather than sensitive personal, health, or payment information.

Configured forms use Formspree to deliver inquiries. Its handling of information is described in the Formspree privacy policy. A disabled form means online inquiry routing is unavailable; entering details in those disabled fields does not submit a request. Use any published contact details on the contact page when available.

Hosting and external services

This website is hosted on Vercel. Hosting services may process technical request data to deliver and protect the website; see the Vercel privacy policy for its practices.

Service-area pages can display an embedded Google map. Loading or using that map involves Google services, which are covered by Google's privacy policy. External links take you to other services whose privacy notices apply to their sites.

Payments

If a payment link is offered after an inquiry, checkout takes place with the linked payment provider. The inquiry form is for workplace assessment details and does not ask for card numbers. Review the payment provider's notice and the agreed service proposal before using a payment link.

Questions and changes

For questions about information you submitted, use a business contact channel published on the contact page once available. Do not send more sensitive information to explain a request. This notice will be updated when the website's inquiry or service arrangements change.
